During 2023, a number of our students not only dedicated their time to preparing for end-of-year exams but also undertook challenging Scholarship papers, which are considerably more intricate than NCEA.
Pakuranga College students were awarded 14 Scholarships in 2023, two of which were classed as Outstanding. These Outstanding results were awarded to Wilbur Schodt and Mack Palmer in English, results that they and the college are extremely proud of.
Special congratulations to Daniel Shen, who was awarded four scholarships in Chemistry, Physics, Statistics, and Calculus.
Reuben Martin and Jasper Ni both achieved two scholarships each in Physics and Calculus. Notably, Rueben achieved these results while in Year 12, which is exceptional.
