Ultimate Frisbee Thrives at Nationals
Our Pakuranga College ultimate frisbee teams had a blast at the New Zealand Secondary School Nationals! Our first girls’ team rocked the field, landing 8th place and gaining valuable experience in some intense matches! Massive congratulations to Doris Wang for snagging the MVP female title for the entire tournament!
Our boys’ team showed true grit, finishing 2nd in their pool and making it to the semis. In a tough battle against Hutt Valley, they secured a commendable 4th place after a nail-biting universe point loss to ACG. This marks our best nationals result in three appearances, and we’re already excited for next year!
